Double Block and Bleed Valve for Safety

Zipson’s double block and bleed valve (DBB valve) set is to use two block valves and one bleed valve as a unit. One block valve is to isolate the fluid or media from upstream side and the bleed valve release the remaining fluid, the second block valve close as the other safety unit for downstream. 

DBB valves usually works for high pressure, toxic or dangerous processes.

Cavity fillers help to keep from media deposit or get solid in the valve cavity by low temperature or dry. The solid substance filled in valve cavity will seize the ball to cause the problem in operation

Metal seats for ball valves are solution for high working temperature or abrasive flow media

Alloy valves are available for 3-way ball valve when required
